Research Across Boundaries
This year’s theme highlights the growing importance of cross-disciplinary and cross-cultural partnerships in research. It encourages exploration of collaborations that transcend traditional academic, technological, and societal limits.
Submission Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria for presenting at ACUR2025 is open to all undergraduate students and recent graduates including Honours students (within 12 months of graduation at Bachelors level) who have conducted research during or before undergraduate studies, including extra-curricular research. Students are required to certify that their research is their own work based on their personal study and/or research while an Undergraduate, Honours, or Master of Research (1st year) student. Submissions are open to both individuals and groups.

Key Dates
- 1 September: Early bird registrations ($120) + abstract submissions open
- 12 October: Abstract submissions close
- Week of 13 October: Abstract review by panel
- Week of 20 October: Presenters notified
- 7 November: Early bird registrations close ($140)
- 21 November: Final registration deadline
- Week of 24 November: Program released
- 3-4 December: Conference
