If your oral presentation is not accepted, you will be offered the opportunity to display a poster of your work. Posters will be displayed in the main hub of the conference over the duration of the two days. You are welcome to have your poster displayed without attending, or alternatively you may display your poster and register and pay to attend the conference.

If you are offered to display a poster, you will need to confirm your acceptance of this offer via email by no later than Friday 25 August (extended deadline).

Please note:

  • It is the responsibility of the applicant to print their poster.The poster must be A1 size, portrait orientation only.
  • Please send the poster to the below address via recorded delivery (advised) to reach The University of Adelaide by no later than Monday 18 September. Please allow up to 6 business days for delivery (as advised on the Australia Post website).
  • Posters will not be returned unless collection in person is pre-arranged. If you wish to collect your poster after the event, please email us via the contact us page, by Friday 6 October.
