This applies to UG, Honours 2016/17 and MRes (1st year only) students.
Students at any stage of research, including in-progress and preliminary findings, are welcome to present.
For consideration to present at ACUR 2017, please submit your abstract by 8th July (extended submission deadline).
You will be informed of the committee’s decision by the 11th August 2017.
Your abstract must include:
- A clear statement of your research question or field of investigation
- A clear statement of the methodology used in your research
- The background to your research project
- A summary of your conclusions (or preliminary conclusions)
- A 300 word limit
Because ACUR is a multi-disciplinary conference, you should aim to write your abstract in such a way that is accessible for a broader audience where possible.
Download the ACUR 2017 Abstract Coversheet here.
Send your coversheet and abstract to ACUR Abstract Submission.
Students who submit an abstract by 8th July for consideration to present at ACUR 2017, can then further decide to submit a full paper by 30th August for consideration for publication. The paper must not be longer than 4000 words, including the abstract and the reference section.
